We stand behind every product we sell.

If your dog doesn’t absolutely love their Thesia JoyRoll™ or you’re not fully satisfied for any reason, you can request a return or replacement within 60 days of delivery.

📦 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Your item must be in its original condition and packaging (where applicable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).
  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order.

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

🔄 How to Start a Return

Contact our support team at support@thesia.ca with your order number and reason for return.


We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days and send you a return address or shipping label (depending on your region).


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status and process your refund.

💰 Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of damaged or defective products).

🔁 Exchanges

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us immediately at support@thesia.ca.

We’ll work with our carrier partners to investigate and ensure you receive a replacement or refund promptly.
